As Director of Operations for the Cyndi Kornegay Team, I lead both the vision and the day-to-day operations of our family business. After years of leadership with Coventry Homes, I’ve transitioned full-time into this role to help strengthen and grow what our family has built in the Houston real estate market.

In my role, I focus on creating sustainable growth strategies, building efficient systems, and mentoring our team so we can provide the best possible service to our clients. Beyond the numbers and processes, I’m passionate about preserving the values that make our business unique — trust, collaboration, and a commitment to treating clients like family.
